    • Account data will be permanently deleted
    • Email notifications will stop immediately
    • No refunds for terminated accounts

    10.2 Data Retention After Termination

    • Account data deleted within 30 days
    • Backup data retained for 90 days
    • Anonymized analytics data may be retained

    11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
